What is the Breakthrough Program?
Breakthrough is an exclusive mentorship program aimed to guide first-year students throughout their transition into the TRSM community, and support their growth as they become the next generation of student leaders at the Ted Rogers School of Management (TRSM).
What Will you Gain from the Program?
Through this program, you will be given the chance to develop your personal, professional, and academic skills by attending a variety of events and workshops. The Breakthrough Program will allow you to break out of your shell, meet like-minded individuals, and help you form meaningful relationships.
How are you Being Supported?
Mentees are paired with upper-year students (i.e. mentors) who will be able to support and guide you through each Breakthrough Program session and also be available, if you need them, outside of the program. Your mentor will be your first point of contact if you ever need help with anything Toronto Met or TRSM related!
